Responsibilities: Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • You get a flexible schedule that works for you • You are responsible for helping people build financial freedom • You get to dictate how much you earn • Presenting our VIP buyer's presentation to qualified motivated home buyers Qualifications: Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends An established track record of successful real estate sales Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Qualified applicants must be computer savvy and able to take direction • You must want to make and create more in your life and NEVER be satisfied with the status quo Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
