    We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities: • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team • Must have experience with real estate CRMs Qualifications: • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED Compensation: $75,000 yearly (Base + Bonus)
