SUMMARY
The Receptionist greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. He or she sets the tone for our company by being an outstanding listener and information source and knows all points-of-contact for every department within the company to promptly assist customers. They will check customers into the dispensary and collect all necessary information to properly allow them to purchase product. In addition, he or she performs administrative duties and answers phone calls as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
Check in existing and new customers
Listen and respond to customers needs and questions
Ensure that the common areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
Ensuring each customer is eligible to make a purchase
Create marketing/ ads for inside the dispensary
Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
Provides administrative assistance as needed.
Scanning IDs and documenting customer eligibility for purchasing product.
Adheres to all State and local Marijuana and Recreational Department of Health and Cannabis laws.
Processing transactions on a Point of Sale system.
Complete logs and reports.
Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.
Performs other duties as assigned
