    Summary

    This position is responsible for delivering medical and retail cannabis orders to The Source+'s dispensary customers within the State of Nevada. This position will assist the stores in various capacities, including running curbside orders, when not on the road. You will be in integral part of the organization and must be reliable, energetic, and passionate.

    The Source+, a cannabis leader in Nevada, has four dispensary and two cultivation locations throughout the state plus operations in Massachusetts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for checking customer ID and medical card (if applicable) before completing transaction
    • Responsible for confirming customer order before completing transaction
    • Responsible for taking payment (cash or debit), providing receipt, affixing/providing required labels/paperwork, and providing accurate change
    • Responsible for adhering to Company cash handling policies
    • Responsible for obtaining customer signature for delivery orders
    • Responsible for returning cash and orders to Teller to close transactions
    • Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing runner areas and equipment
    • Responsible for set up and tear down of greeter/runner areas (A-frames, cones, stanchions, etc.)
    • Responsible for explaining the benefits of our Rewards program and assisting interested customers with registration (email and text preferred)
    • Responsible for timely execution of tasks as assigned by team Leads/Managers and Store Management
    • Responsible for coordinating with appropriate department personnel to resolve questions and/or issues
    • Responsible for providing administrative assistance as needed

    • 1-2 years as an individual contributor in a retail environment.

    • Cannabis industry experience (retail preferred)
    • Associates Degree preferred or equivalent job experience

    Required Qualifications

    • Possess (or be able to obtain) and maintain an active agent card

    • Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years and a current driver's license in good standing

    • Must have a reliable vehicle that can pass CCB delivery vehicle inspection that will be used for deliveries

    • Ability to complete and maintain ongoing education and professional development as needed

    • Commitment to adhere to all State and local medical and recreational cannabis regulations, statutes, laws, and guidance

    • Commitment to adhere to the SOP's of the Company

    • Ability to handle high stress situations and busy atmosphere

    • Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette

    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work and problem solving
