Summary

As a Source+ Floor Advisor you are responsible for interacting and build positive relationships with customers "in front of the glass" area. Listening and understanding their needs and concerns, so that we provide the best customer cannabis wellness service offered. Therefore, the Floor Advisor must already have the drive to help people and solid knowledge of Cannabis as well as any other products available at our store.  Educating on the effects of various Cannabis products and how each product can address symptoms for different ailments. Our Floor Advisors are current on all aspects of state, federal and local compliance laws pertaining to Cannabis.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering an exceptional dispensary experience individualized to each of our customers ensuring they receive the care and support they need
• Responsible for explaining the benefits of our Rewards program and assisting interested customers with registration (email and text preferred)
• Responsible for monitoring displays and pricing for accuracy and communicating any issues through Leads and/ or Managers
• Responsible for responding to customer issues and complaints
• Responsible for communicating daily specials to customers
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing Sales Floor areas
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of cannabis, terpenes, and cannabinoids and their effects
• Responsible for taking and submitting in-store orders through required systems (including any state mandated inventory control system and/or programs designated by the Company)
• Responsible for timely execution of tasks as assigned by Floor Leads/Managers and Store Management
• Responsible for coordinating with appropriate department personnel to resolve questions and/or issues
• Responsible for providing administrative assistance as needed

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to carry, bend, stand, file documents, lift, and push/pull as needed

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Required Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years as an individual contributor in a retail environment.
• Possess (or be able to obtain) and maintain an active agent card
• Ability to complete and maintain ongoing education and professional development as needed
• Commitment to adhere to all State and local medical and recreational cannabis regulations, statutes, laws, and guidance
• Commitment to adhere to the SOP's of the Company
• Ability to handle high stress situations and busy atmosphere
• Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work and problem solving

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 Certified
• Cannabis industry experience (retail preferred)
• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent job experience
