    SUMMARY

    The Patient Coordinator greets and assists visitors and customers in a friendly, attentive, and helpful manner. A PC is an outstanding customer service professional and The Source+ of education to assist customers with our products. Checking customers into the dispensary and collecting all necessary information for State compliance to properly allow them to purchase products. Also, responsible for completing multiple transaction types, which include in-store, curbside, and home deliveries, while ensuring that the best experience possible is delivered to build positive customer relationships.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
    • Checks in existing and new customers, collecting all information to remain in compliance
    • Scanning IDs and documenting customer eligibility for purchasing product
    • Processing transactions on Point of Sale system (POS) for in-store, curbside, and home deliveries
    • Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes call accordingly
    • Ensure that the common areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
    • Create marketing/ads for inside the dispensary
    • Coordinates with the appropriate department personnel regarding any questions and issues
    • Provides administrative assistance as needed
    • Adheres to all State and local Cannabis and Recreational Department of Health and Cannabis laws
    • Participates in ongoing education and professional development as needed
    • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds occasionally
    • Must be able to carry, bend, stand, file documents, lift, and push/pull as needed

    POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be 21 years of age.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
    • Must be able to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
    • Cash register (POS) experience
    • Experience frequently interacting with customers, fulfilling customer requests, and addressing customer issues, questions, or suggestions
    • Ability to handle high-stress situations and a busy atmosphere
    • Experience in a retail setting
    • Ability to stand on feet for the full shift
    • Helpful attitude, friendly demeanor, and Self-motivated
    • Highly professional and dependable
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Strong computer, communication, and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferred

    WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE

    • There is no visa or H1-B sponsorship. Candidates must successfully complete a criminal record screening or FBI Fingerprints requirements.
    • Successful completion of a thorough personal reference check and background check from the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health. Note that any applicant with a violent felony or drug-related offense (Conclusion of sentence, probation, and/or incarceration within the past 10 years) is not eligible to become a dispensary agent.
