The Source is a multi-state cannabis company. Our mission is to support medical and recreational cannabis patient healthcare needs in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Not only do we offer access to high-quality, affordable products; we are also cannabis experts. Founded in August 2019 in Northwest Arkansas, we’ve blazed new trails in the last few years, opening an additional cultivation facility in Missouri.

A Fulfillment Technician?

A good question. Thank you for asking. What that means is you’ll be assembling, labeling, and packaging orders for shipping to dispensaries across the state of Missouri.

How We Roll:

Our Fulfillment Technician has a very special place in the Show-Me state. We’re looking for someone who has the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and orders at a time.
• Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment.
• Basic computer knowledge for completing digital paperwork and shipping manifests.
• Ability to manage time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe.
• Process and fulfill requested online orders by preparing or staging items for delivery as well as dealing with incoming shipments.
• Fulfilling basic warehousing and stock order duties to ensure items are shipped in a timely manner.
• General knowledge of proper packaging and shipping protocol is essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities.
• Ability to perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

** What Lights Our Fire:**

We don’t want to bowl you over with expectations, but you’ll need the following to be considered for our team:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to maintain fast paced performance of manual labor tasks which also require attention to detail to maintain product quality, efficient operations, and strict compliance with local and state regulations.
• Outstanding work ethic & integrity.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Job requires prolonged periods of standing (8-10 hours a day), lifting, bending, stooping, and stretching.
• 1+ years of experience in Fulfillment or Warehousing associate preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess an understanding of inventory software as well as warehouse management procedures.
• Must be an analytical thinker.
• Must have a high attention to detail.

A Few Extra Nugs of Information:

• This position is based in Joplin, MO.
• Pay is commensurate with experience, from $16/hour.
• Due to state regulations, applicants for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check. Certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state medical marijuana licensing regulations.
• Applicants must also be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
• Benefits eligibility for full-time employees the first day of the month after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision and 401k.
