Responsibilities: Consistently spearheads effective customer relations Reaching out to customers on the phone Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; present purchase offers to sellers Hold open houses regularly Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Familiarity with the area real estate market Knowledgeable and intuitive with a positive, outgoing demeanor Team oriented and full of resolve and determination Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies Quick response times Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly Commission Based
