Responsibilities: Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information Promote the team concept to buyer clients by guaranteeing lead agent is involved and informed at all times Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show Inform lead agent on all client communications Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and/or texts Provide buyer clients pricing information and market research Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Professional in attitude and appearance Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities Compensation: $50,000+ Commission Based
