Responsibilities: Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Show a track record of real estate success Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Previous sales experience in any industry • High, outgoing personality • Ability to take rejection • Loves opportunity • Must be able to work full-time Compensation: $75,000
