Our fast moving and growing real estate team is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. This successful candidate will be comfortable making over 100 calls a day and connecting with over 40 of those contacts every day. This person will discuss the real estate market and try to set appointments for the outside sales team. We’re looking for a smart, upbeat and outstanding professional who gets excited at the thought of bonus and commission checks. Experienced telemarketing appointment setters will be eligible to work as a virtual employee. Responsibilities: • Place phone calls to Internet leads that have registered on our website • Learn and perform scripts • Answer potential clients’ questions about the real estate process • Generate 1-2 appointments per day • Set appointments based upon our outside sales agents’ schedules • Train other sales associates when required • Communicate respectfully and politely with customers and clients Qualifications: • Preferred 2 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred) • Preferred real estate appointment setting experience • Motivated to learn and succeed at a higher level • Ability to get rejected daily but continue to function at a high level! Compensation: $65,000 +
