Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Assistant with real estate - property experience to become a part of our Administrative team! Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• Working with brokers for commercial properties
• Enforcing property and associations rules & regulations
• Mocking up leases
• Ensuring tenant insurances are secured and in full-force at all times
• Ensuring all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Maintain/Organize/Keep current all Secretary of State business filings, set up new entities, modify, dissolutions, etc 
• Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative 
• Provides other administrative support as needed such as spearheading company events

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of legal secretary experience required
• 5 or more years of real estate - properties, and/or facilities experience required
• Certificate in paralegal studies and/or BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or other closely related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher), Adobe Acrobat, Yardi Breeze and social media web platforms
• Excellent writing skills, data entry skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build/maintain relationships with both internal/external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

This full-time position will be based from our Corporate Office located at 1875 Tandem Way, Norco, CA 92860. Must be authorized to work in the U.S., work-related Visas not sponsored.
