  • Responsibilities

    This role will support email, digital marketing and the partner team with direct access to the entire marketing team and CMO to learn from and grow. This is a HUGE opportunity for a smart, dedicated, hard-working digital marketing specialist to immediately contribute while learning invaluable skills from an amazing team with a passion for their industry and each other. 

    Email marketing

    This person will assist in building campaigns, automation, analytics, testing, email creation and launch in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, audience segmentation, heat maps, promotional campaign creation, etc.

    Special Projects -

    Will assist marketing team and CMO on special projects including but not limited to competitive analysis, customer experience program, support of digital marketing campaigns, project management, manage timelines and deliverables.

    Partner Support - 

    Assist in developing strategies to drive engagement and buzz around the brand that can be shared with partners to drive leads and sales.

    Communicate with affiliate partners monthly in PartnerStack to share content, promotional offers and CTA’s.

    Work with content manager and website manager to develop rich content to engage affiliate traffic and optimize partner landing pages

    Assist on partner data - daily / weekly / monthly partner performance reporting

    Research and stay on top of new partners in the wellness category that would be a good fit for company brand.

    Work closely with outside PR agency on editorial and sample requests.

    Assist the partner team with follow-up after strategic partner meetings to ensure success.

    Assist in the day-to-day account management of our affiliate program. Including onboarding new partners, placing orders and working closely with the marketing team to create individualized partner content.

    • Email marketing platform experience
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud  or similar platform experience

    Education and Experience - 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or other relevant area
    • 2-4 years marketing experience at an agency, preferred, or at corporate in-house marketing department
    • Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation including strategy and implementation across platforms.
    • Proven success assisting and driving results across all facets of email marketing, digital marketing, basica project management, marketing automation and analytics.
    • Possess a desire for flawless execution, with impeccable attention to detail coupled with a desire to improve and grow strategic skills.
    • Technologically savvy with knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
    • Experience working with consumer products, luxury brands and global brand experience a huge plus.
