Marketing Brand Manager
We are looking for a creative, dynamic marketing professional to join our executive management team.
The company plans to expand rapidly to 10 locations with the next five years, with the ultimate goal of becoming a premiere brand in the United States.
The Marketing Brand Manager will be responsible for all marketing activities related to our brand, including but not limited to the following:
Marketing Plan/Budget
Develop and execute annual marketing plan based on budget established by Executive Committee
Develop marketing objectives and metrics in order to measure progress
Develop and implement brand style guide
Monitor and build the brand with emphasis on:
- Establishing ourselves as a thought leader
- Creating and disseminating bold, disruptive, creative content
- Partnering with select industry influencers
- Reinventing the experience within our vertical
- Focusing on the power of the dog-human bond in mental and physical health & wellness
Oversee all Social Media activities
- Develop and execute Social Media strategy
- Keep Social Media current, relevant and on-brand at all times
- Manage Social Media Manager
- Track SM Metrics and develop strategy to increase engagement
Manage our Website
- Keep website current and relevant
- Execute roll-out of new locations as relates to website structure and content
- Develop SEO strategy to enhance website to increase traffic
CRM Management
- Develop and maintain CRM/Membership Management System
- Track and measure Membership engagement/loyalty
- Develop email/SMS communication strategies
Database
- Develop and execute strategy to monetize Member/guest database by partnering with consumer goods/services companies
Strategic Partners
- Assist in identification and development of strategic partners/sponsors
- Maintain visibility and communication with partners to maintain positive relationship
Enhance Brand Image
- Work with PR Agency on media strategy and execution
- Conference opportunities
- Storytelling
- National media presence
Programming
- Work with Events team to develop creative programming to enhance brand, increase guest and Membership traffic and engagement
- Measure success of programming
- Develop print and digital marketing plans to support and promote our programming
Minimum Job Skills & Requirements:
• Strong B-to-C marketing experience
