    As an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will be part of and support a tight-knit team of strategists, project managers, research/data analysts, copywriters, and designers.     • Project Management: Play a pivotal role in serving clients’ needs by overseeing project execution, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating seamless and effective communication within the agency.
    • Timelines: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks are identified and deadlines are met.
    • Strategy: Bring your strategic thinking to the table, providing clients with insights and recommendations that meet their goals and grow their businesses.
    • Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, bringing fresh and exciting ideas to the table that keep our agency ahead of the curve.
    • Organization: Apply exceptional organization and time management skills to oversee projects and to keep them running smoothly and on deadline.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5-8 years of experience in account management with an advertising or marketing agency
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
    • Prefer experience in direct response, both digital (website, email, mobile, SEO and social) and print (direct mail, catalog and space ad)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Ability to travel around the country to client meetings and events
    • Energetic, friendly and resourceful personality with a positive attitude and passion for learning
