    Marketing Manager, Testing and Optimization

    We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Testing and Optimization to champion our digital testing and optimization program. This position is located at our corporate office in downtown Kansas City.

    What you'll do....
    You will manage digital testing and optimization projects supported via Adobe Target on our website. You’ll be responsible for test and experience planning, strategy, QA, audience set-up, execution, monitoring, reporting and analysis. We are looking for a talented, intellectually curious individual with a passion for insights and analysis to create optimization strategies based in data that give insight and direction to the business.

    • Plan, execute, monitor and analyze A/B and Multivariate tests
    • Maintain focus on laddering up activities to our overarching testing roadmap while meeting current business needs
    • Utilize 1st and 3rd party data and analysis to provide ongoing recommendations for increasing conversion and online user experience for continuous improvement
    • Work across business units and functions to help them define their testing & learning agendas for ongoing functional, creative, experience, media, and/or offer testing
    • Set up, launch, and monitor new tests and experience activities in Adobe Target
    • Validate test experiences end-to-end with expected audiences and work with QA team to test for production release/launch
    • Collaborate with site web producers, Dev and QA teams to answer technical questions and build technologically sophisticated experiences
    • Design and deliver reports measuring KPIs, online behaviors, activity performance, and testing results
    • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and Corporate Analytics teams to answer questions and conduct deep dive analyses leveraging advanced analytics techniques
    • Communicate results and recommendations of all initiatives and A/B tests to stakeholders and senior leaders on a regular cadence
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on design of experiments including test structure, sequencing, definition of primary and secondary success metrics, and experiment duration calculations

    What you'll bring to the role...
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3+ years in digital testing, conversion rate optimization, analytics, or insights role
    • Proficiency in basic statistics, sampling and hypothesis testing
    • Proficiency in Adobe Target or other digital testing platform
    • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics or another web analytics platform
    • Proficiency in Adobe Audience Manager or another DMP
    • Broad knowledge of modelling and machine learning with application to audiences, data mining and analysis
    • Demonstrated passion for digital optimization, analysis and personalization
    • Expertise in Adobe Target test architecture, experimentation design and proven experience in helping non-analytical professionals
    • Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative data uses, journey mapping, pathing and funnel analysis
    • Expertise in CRM and personalization strategies
    • Experience with Adobe Launch, DTM, or another tag manager
    • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or another CMS
    • Experience with conversion rate optimization audits, conversion funnel optimization and user experience friction reduction
    • Knowledge of Workfront, Agile Development, Kanban and sprint planning
    • Communication and negotiation skills and the ability to partner with business, product, and technical teams
    • Motivated self-starter, with an ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and the ability to operate autonomously
    • Ability to prioritize, meet critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners
    • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills necessary to communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences.
    • Demonstrated analytical, opportunity assessment and problem-solving skills
    • Accuracy, attention to detail and a quality orientation are essential to this role
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Coding skills - specifically HTML, CSS, JSON, JQuery and Java Script
    • Big data skills – knowledge and/or use of AWS, Azure, Hadoop, R and SAS
    • Knowledge of advanced analytics including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive techniques
    • Experience with writing and using Profile Scripts in Adobe Target
    • Experience building attributes in Adobe Experience Cloud
    • Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications for marketing audience development and analysis
    • Experience with single page apps (React, View, Angular)
    • Experience with Microsoft ADO
    • Experience presenting information to large groups
