At The Spice & Tea Exchange®, it is our mission to "Create and share the experience of a more flavorful life". As a Production Associate, you will prep and package products ensuring that the company’s product quality standards are met within the designated time frames for delivery.
Essential job duties include but are not limited to:
· Maintain a clean, efficient and organized work area by adhering to the company’s, HACCP, Kosher, Safe Serve and USDA food safety guidelines
· Maintain adequate inventory supply levels, needed to fulfill orders
· Accurately label, weigh, and fill various packaging with the required spices, salts, sugars, blends, teas, etc.
· Ability to aid any fulfillment team, when required
· Fulfill Production orders within the required timeframes
· Complete electronic Bill of Materials in ERP during completion of production orders
Knowledge and Job Requirements:
· High School Diploma/GED
· 1-3 years Food Service and/or Production order processing experience preferred, entry level will be considered
· Safe Serve certified after completion of a 90-day probationary period

· Works well in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
· Tolerates Spice odors · Operates kitchen tools
· Physical mobility within a warehouse environment
· Frequently climbs ladders and stairs · Frequent overhead lifting

· Ability to perform repetitive tasks
· Ability to visually identify products and their characteristics
· Occasional Lifting up to 55 lbs
