Responsibilities: Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of current market trends Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required • Experience with High Level, Salesforce a plus • Must be comfortable with all forms of communication - video, face to face, phone, text, email, etc. • Must be a ninja at communicating with our referral sources. People should love talking to you. • At least 3 years of marketing experience in a real estate-related field is preferred. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
