Our growing construction company is looking for a reliable and capable general laborer to join our team. You’ll follow directions to prepare job sites, load and unload material, remove debris, help team members, and do any other tasks to ensure the customer is satisfied with our work. You should love doing something different every day and take pride in a job well done. Responsibilities: • Provide support to your team through all stages of every project to make sure the job is done efficiently • Ensure that all materials, tools and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is clean • Be available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the project • Stack and prep all of the tools and building materials that are needed for a project in order to keep everything organized • Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site to ensure that you and your team members are not injured • Dispose of any debris, trash, or hazardous materials that are found on the site to prepare it construction starts • Perform minor routine handyman tasks around the job site to keep projects running smoothly • Assist in the delivery and purchase of materials for our subcontractors • Other tasks as directed Qualifications: • We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED • Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team • Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work • Preference to candidates with experience using construction equipment such as forklift and power tools Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
