    We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads to appointments • Present clients with the information and benefits of working with our team • Prospect in-bound and out-bound leads and convert • Practice and utilize scripts • Heavy calling • Set appointments for Team Members and potential clients • Create systems and procedures within the role • Manage leads and create a follow-up system • Continually seek new skills and education as it relates to Real Estate • Represent the team in an ethical, moral, and honest manner • Passionate and excited about working with people • Ability and willingness to grow and learn with this position Qualifications: Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Real estate license or pursuing required +1 year of real estate sales experience • Desire for ownership and success within the role • Articulate with excellent communication skills • Ability to create rapport with potential clients via phone conversations • Strong listener with the ability to pick up on personality traits quickly • Organized, systematic, detail-oriented • Tech-savvy and comfortable with new programs and technology • Results and goal-oriented • Time management and prioritizing skills • Ability to work independently and with little direction when needed • Excellent customer service skills Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 (Base + Commission)
