The Springs Living is seeking a Dining Room Server/Bartender for our brand new Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community in Eugene, Oregon. This state of the art, beautifully designed community includes 216 wonderful homes, both apartments and cottages, and include a variety of amenities including restaurant-style dining, a pool and spa, aquaponics gardening, and more.
As the Dining Room Server/Bartender you are responsible for serving meals promptly and graciously to our residents. Greeting residents and visitors at the table before taking orders or serving. Assist residents with opening packages, and cutting foods as necessary. Bus tables and clean dining room area and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. When working in our Pub, you'll perform all of these tasks, and in addition, you'll pour wine and beer, mix cocktails, and work with the team to set up and break down catering events throughout the day.
Prior experience is great but we always provide hands on training for those looking to enter a new career in Dining Services. This can be a great way to learn new skills and create potential for continued growth!
