_1 FT MEMORY CARE SWING SHIFT ( 2 PM- 10 PM) ON A 4 ON 2 OFF ROTATING SCHEDULE. _
1 FT ASSISTED LIVING SWING SHIFT ( 2 PM- 10 PM) ON A 4 ON 2 OFF ROTATING SCHEDULE.
_1 FT ASSISTED LIVING DAY SHIFT ( 6 AM - 2 PM) ON A 4 ON 2 OFF ROTATING SCHEDULE. _
_1 FT NOC SHIFT ( 10 PM- 6 AM) ON A 4 ON 2 OFF ROTATING SCHEDULE. _
_FLEX POSITIONS: CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE REQUIRED TO WORK AT LEAST 2 SHIFTS PER MONTH. _
