Job Description

1. Wash, dry, and store dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
2. Maintain a clean and sanitary dishwashing area.
3. Bus dining room tables.
4. Clean dining room tables and chairs.
5. Performs all cleaning tasks according to cleaning schedule.
6. Ensure kitchen storage and workspaces are clean and organized.
7. Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Chef/Cook.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
