    Job Description

    The position and responsibilities you are assuming is for the HR/Payroll Assistant for The Springs Living. You will support the Payroll Administrator as directed with administrative and data entry tasks.  You will also lend support to the HR generalist and the Benefits Manager.

    Primary Purposes Include:

    • Compile and distribute required Payroll reports
    • Provide software login assistance and support for managers/employees
    • Payroll related reporting and employee file maintenance
    • Manage the onboarding process.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, electronic, or schedule form.
    • Ability to write reports, emails, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    • Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Multi-location payroll processing experience with hourly, salaried exempt, and non-exempt employees desirable.
    • UKG Pro and Dimensions knowledge preferred.
    • Knowledge of multi-state taxing entities desirable.
