Job Description

We are looking for a cheerful, optimistic, organized, and motivated person who loves to enrich the lives of seniors. This position is specifically responsible for implementing meaningful and appropriate activities for our residents. Necessary characteristics and skills for this position include: hard work ethic, sense of urgency, work the schedule that is given, ability to take direction, ability to multitask, clean driving record as transportation using The Springs' vans is a primary responsibility for this position, presenting a professional appearance, maintaining confidentiality, excellent verbal communications abilities, high standard of ethics and integrity, and creativity in carrying out community activities. 

This position is for an independent worker who will take the lead in encouraging resident participation and have sensitivity to the resident's individual needs, as well as be a team player who loves to collaborate. This position will work with Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. This position requires some holiday's, evenings, some weekends; sceduled days varies. The outing activities are sometimes based on what's going on in our beautiful Missoula, so flexibility is key in this position. Must meet the requirement of being 25 or older in age to transport The Springs residents. This position is full time, 40 hours. Monthly scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior housing especially working with cognitively or memory challenged seniors is preferred 
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Meet the requirement of being 25 years or more to transport residents
