The Springs Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community in Eugene, Oregon. This state of the art, beautifully designed community includes 216 wonderful homes, both apartments and cottages, and include a variety of amenities including restaurant-style dining, a pool and spa, gardening, and more.

Our ideal candidate will be a perfect blend of personal warmth and technical skills.  Responsibilities include maintenance, light housekeeping and addressing resident and building problems. Our ideal candidate is flexible, friendly, observant, patient, organized, and enjoys helping with whatever need may arise!  

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Previous experience in construction and/or apartment manitenance preferred but not required
