The Springs Living Resource Team is our support team of flexible caregivers and med techs who are able to step in to our Assisted Living or Memory Care communities to provide care to our incredible residents. THIS ROLE PROVIDES COMPLETE FLEXIBILITY TO CHOSE SHIFTS FROM ANY OF OUR PORTLAND AREA COMMUNITIES WHILE PROVIDING CRITICAL SUPPORT TO COVER OPEN SHIFTS. 

Members of the resource team will be assigned to start and train in one community, but be expected to train and pick up shifts at 2-3 other Springs Living communities. The locations being supported by our resource team include our communities in Clackamas, Sherwood, Wilsonville, Lake Oswego, and Hillsboro. Your location and experience will be taken into account when scheduling which communities you will be trained to work. Reliable transportation is a must, along with a passion to jump in and help serve Residents in our communities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• Must have prior Caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care settings
• Travel to metro area communities for shifts (Sherwood, Clackamas, Wilsonville, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego)
• Ability to pass background and drug test
• First Aid/CPR and Food Handlers certification required
