THE SPRINGS LIVING IS SEEKING FULL-TIME MEDICAL TECHNICIANS FOR OUR ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY. We are looking for individuals with a caring heart to provide personalized care to our treasured residents. If you are new to the field of health services, we provide all the training necessary to be successful. We also offer optional training classes online and in-person to further your career development.

Responsibilities:

• Full time, 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM shift
• supporting and advocating for residents in a medicinal capacity
• leading and coaching caregivers
• diligently processing paperwork and administering meds/treatments
• Being able to work as a team throughout departments

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Prior Medical Technician experience
• No experience? Ask about our 120-day qualification process!
• Ability to pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug test
• Genuine love for seniors and a willingness to learn
