    Job Description

    OVERVIEW

    The SpyGlass Group, LLC is a specialized business-to-business cost consulting firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Founded in 2001, SpyGlass has over 12,000 clients in North America and is looking to expand its service and brand penetration in major metropolitan markets. We’re seeking outside sales candidates with three (3) to five (5) years of sales experience already living in the greater Northeast Ohio metropolitan market.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct business-to-business sales meetings with C-Level fiscal executives to sell the SpyGlass consulting offering
    • Meetings conducted via both in-person and virtual approaches depending on the situation and location
    • Service multiple meetings per month set by SpyGlass’ business development team
    • Extensively personal prospect by all traditional sales and networking means to generate additional personal meetings and opportunities each month
    • Manage the sales process from initial meeting to engagement kickoff
    • Successfully negotiate deal terms with prospects
    • Maintain and report on a pipeline of existing opportunities within the company’s CRM software
    • Be able to manage your schedule within the CRM software
    • Operate jointly out of company headquarters and a home office environment
    • This is a sales role only. SpyGlass’ analytical and project management teams conduct all work necessary to perform the consulting engagement

     

    COMPENSATION STRUCTURE INCLUDES:

    10 TIERS OF COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSITION RANGING FROM ~$70,000 TO $200,000+ WITH NO CAP!!

     

    TRAINING PROGRAM

    The successful candidate will train directly with the Vice President of Revenue and other senior SpyGlass sales team members to learn the SpyGlass sales process and offerings. Training will take place both at SpyGlass headquarters and in the market.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Desire to have significant success early in career
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Three (3) to five (5) years experience in sales
    • Based in Northeast Ohio or willing to relocate/commute
    • Experience interfacing with C-level professionals
    • Closing experience
    • Vast prospecting and networking experience*
    • Ability to maintain a home office and a presence at headquarters in Westlake, OH
    • Personable skills
    • Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at proficient levels.
    • Diligent and organized
