Job Description

We are seeking Landscape Design Sales Representatives for our 2 new Garden Centers to join our team! You would use great customer service skills to offer solutions to a large array of customers to achieve personal goals and drive company revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell plants, products and services to new and existing customers in store or by in home consultation
• Prospect and contact potential customers via multiple platforms
• Reach personal monthly sales targets
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints when necessary
• Engage in frequent communication to keep customers aware of latest developments and progress
• Create design material to present to customers to complete their vision
• Water and maintain the inventory at the nurseries

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, landscape design or other related fields
• Familiarity with advertising platforms
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Schedule management and detail-oriented

Our relatively new company of experienced nursery professionals is experiencing tremendous growth.
