  • Responsibilities

    As a Curriculum Coach and Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our educational initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our academic programs. First and foremost, one must be a Teacher Advocate– leading by example and coaching with kindness and enthusiasm. Your responsibilities will include:

    Collaborating with faculty and instructional designers to develop and enhance curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives.

    Providing guidance and support to educators in implementing best practices for instructional design, assessment, and student engagement.

    Conducting research and staying updated on educational trends, methodologies, and technologies to inform curriculum development efforts.

    Assisting in the organization and coordination of educational events, workshops, and professional development sessions.

    Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence to facilitate efficient operations within the department.

    Supporting the evaluation and assessment of curriculum effectiveness through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field– or equivalent career experience.

    Previous experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational leadership.

    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

    Proficiency in educational technology tools and software applications.

    Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
