Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to understand their life insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions • Utilize provided leads and conduct thorough assessments to identify potential clients • Educate clients on available life insurance options and help them make informed decisions • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate leads • Embrace a growth mindset, continuously expanding knowledge of life insurance products and industry trends • Exhibit professionalism and adherence to company policies and compliance regulations Qualifications: • No prior experience in life insurance sales is required. We provide comprehensive training • Self-motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Comfortable with a commission-based salary structure Compensation: $129,000 - $147,500 yearly
