Therapists are compensated based on billable hours and admin time, with a full-time position (25+ weekly sessions) earning more than $100,000 per year. We are looking for full-time therapists who offer the flexibility to make your own schedule and work with the clients you want to see. Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to young adults • Maintain a minimum of 25 weekly sessions • Complete timely documentation and maintain schedule in practice's EHR • Coordinate care with clients' other providers as needed • Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly group consultations Qualifications: • Master or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline • Active clinical license (LICSW, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LPC, LGPC, LGSW, LMHC or equivalent) in DC • Licensure in additional states (VA, MD) preferred • Availability for a minimum of 25 client sessions per week, with a minimum of 4 days per week on-site at our DC office • Desire to work as part of a collaborative, supportive team • 1+ years experience in private practice setting and/or providing individual therapy to young adults strongly preferred Compensation: $70 - $85 hourly
