The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Responsibilities: Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Qualifications: Team player Develop new concepts based on input Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
