About The Role
The role of a Financial Services Representative is to guide customers through the life insurance buying process, educate them on how life insurance works, which products are best suited for their specific situation, and provide a world-class customer service experience by ensuring transparency in an industry that’s generally overly complicated and ambiguous.
The sales conversation includes a 'needs analysis', a review of recommended coverage options, and guidance when reviewing the policy contract so the customer can make an informed and confident buying decision.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong desire to win, along with a positive attitude toward customers and teammates. We’re looking for sales professionals with exceptional communication skills, a strong passion for helping others, and a drive to improve each day.
Skills & Experience
· 1-3 years of experience in sales is preferred but not required
· Proven track record with the ability to hit sales targets
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Familiarity with CRM platforms
· Self-starter and the ability to adapt to change quickly
· Excellent communication skills including strong phone presence
· Life insurance experience is strongly preferred, but not required
· Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
· Resolve client inquiries and complaints
· Drive referral activity by creating positive customer experiences
· Stay up-to-date with new products and services and industry trends
· Coachable and an incredible drive to win
