    Are you known as a get things done type of person who can also manage a team to get things done on time and on a budget? We are looking for an Operations Manager who works from our Scottsdale office who is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks while gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and the needs of our business owners. As the business owners oversee a total of 5 companies, the Operations Manager will be involved in managing the day-to-day of all 5 companies, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across the board. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering a positive work environment, and driving growth across all ventures. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all businesses within the Original Ventures portfolio. • Oversee daily operations, including financial management, human resources, customer service, and business development. • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Collaborate with department heads and team members to establish and achieve business goals. • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture that emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement. • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess progress and identify improvement opportunities. • Drive initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners. • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making. • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence. • Support business owners in various ventures by aiding in project management and resource allocation. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each company owned by business owners, including goals and challenges. • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows. • Serve as a liaison between business owners and staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. • Assist in developing and implementing policies to maintain regulatory compliance and industry standards. • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities. • Facilitate Level 10 meetings with company employees and uphold accountability for objectives set. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. • Previous experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a small office environment, with proven experience in the real estate, hospitality, or service industries. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of employees. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, as well as knowledge of the EOS operating system. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities, with a commitment to upholding the values and mission of Original Ventures. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, including an understanding of local market trends and business practices in Scottsdale, Arizona. • Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to meeting deadlines and upholding high standards of performance. Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 DOE
