Responsibilities: • Searching, evaluating and negotiating the purchase of property on behalf of our Clients. • Making daily calls to potential Buyer contacts. • Following up with new and existing Buyer contacts from our Customer Relationship Management system and ongoing marketing efforts. • Utilize programs such as Customer Relationship Management System. • Ensure smooth hand off to our Transaction Management Department and limit your time spent chasing paperwork! • Manage time efficiently to provide high level performance. Qualifications: • Have a Colorado Real Estate License or ability to obtain one. • Be available for a full time work load. (No part time positions.) • Willingness to prospect for new business opportunities by phone or door knocking in communities. • Respect for fellow team members and support personnel. • We want highly competitive individuals with an insatiable appetite to WIN! Compensation: $100,000+ commission potential
