    We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities: Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process • Maintain state, broker, and partner requirements • Communicate with closing departments and manage all documents for each deal • Maintain compliance standards • Support the Co-Listing Agents from contract to close • Communicate with necessary parties and departments as to file status and requirements • This is a developing role and will include many additional responsibilities as the role becomes more defined to support the company’s key initiatives and long-term goals Qualifications: Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred Real estate license preferred High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Appraiser experience HIGHLY preferred Compensation: $75,000 + $10,000 Bonus Potential
