The Suburban Collection Automotive Group is immediately hiring Customer Service/Sales Specialists for several locations! Porsche, Audi, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Infiniti, Mazda, and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram have openings in their Farmington Hills locations.

Previous automotive or sales experience is not required to apply since the dealership will provide a 90-day training salary. Job Requirements:

• valid driver's license
• clean driving record/background check/drug test
• must be committed to a long-term career
• must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
• ability to build rapport with customers

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers upon arrival and conduct a needs assessment
• Perform walk-around presentation and demonstrate key vehicle features (training will be provided!)
• Offer and accompany customers on a vehicle test drive
• Attend product and sales training courses
• Maintain owner follow-up and prospect development system
• Provide estimates and quotes for customer approval
