We’re in search of a smart, high-energy business professional to join our team to assist our team leader in daily activities. A great attitude, professional appearance, and close attention to detail are important in this role. You will be working with our high-end clients & team daily. We have a great time with a fun and cooperative culture! We work IN the office, not remotely, which helps us create our awesome environment. Responsibilities: • - All pre-listing and post-contract activities (contracts, deadlines, MLS input, working with contractors, etc.) • - Oversee online and print marketing materials. • - Facilitate communication between our clients and our team to ensure customer satisfaction. • - Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity. • - Assist our real estate agents with their daily activities • - Assist the team leader with email and calendar management and other managerial tasks • - Run occasional errands for the Real Estate Team • - Assist real estate agents with writing cards or letters to their clients • - Prepare materials for open houses • - Assist with planning and promoting client events • - Other tasks, as needed Qualifications: • - Customer Service, bookkeeping, or administrative expertise is preferred. • - Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner. • - Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills. • - Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs. • - Social Media, Canva, Photoshop, and marketing experience is a plus. Compensation: $12 - $17 hourly
