The Swimming Swan is hiring seasonal lifeguards to work at a partner facility in San Jose, CA. No experience necessary! We’re looking for people who love being outdoors, learning lifesaving skills, and working with a team and their community.

DETAILS

Seasonal, Part-Time

Up to 30 hours a week

Hours: February 26th - May 20th

M/Th/F 8am - 3:30pm

Tu/W 8am-5:30pm

F 3:45-5:30pm

Duties: lifeguarding pool area, set up and break down of equipment and customer service.

PAY

Lifeguard:$25/hr

PERKS

We offer 50% reimbursement on all certification courses for new hires after 90 days of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ages 22+

Ability to complete & pass an ARC or equivalent Lifeguard certification

Ability to pass pre-employment verbal skills test

Ability to pass a swim and in-water skills test when applicable

All applicants are subject to background screenings and (when applicable) drug testing

Strong customer service background preferred
