IT Technician Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technician to join our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and updating computer systems and hardware, diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and providing technical support to end-users.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and hardware
- Maintain and update computer systems, software, and hardware
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Set up and maintain network connections
- Ensure data security and privacy
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve technical issues
- Document all IT-related activities and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
