The ideal candidate will have real estate experience helping agents from listing to close. Responsibilities: Give world-class customer service to our client base and vendors so achieve improved brand recognition Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met, and explain any challenges or issues Control all business administrative duties for agents so they can limit their activities to listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, and generating leads Buy office equipment such as marketing materials, cards for important dates, and other office supplies and materials Be in charge of the recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all future administrative hires Do administrative duties like preparing agendas, participating in daily meetings, reviewing schedules, answering phones, talking with customers, taking minutes, etc Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding all listing and transaction management Grow our brand through social media, website management, marketing material creation and distribution, and events Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration • Enter listings in to MLS, schedule photography, sign placement, and manage paperwork. Qualifications: Experience in the real estate industry is preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and basic web-based applications High school diploma or GED required Demonstrates strong time management, customer service, organizational, and communication skills This position requires some evening and weekend work • Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required. Compensation: $14 - $18 per hour (DOE)
