    Job Description

    The Sales Associate is responsible for executing initiatives and tasks as assigned by the leadership team. Overall, the Sales Associate is expected to work as a positive member of the sales team and consistently provide an exceptional client experience. We are in financial services and work in a Niche market. The Sales Associate would be the face of our company and must represent us professionally to our established clients.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Achieve Sales Goal on a Weekly basis

    Manage and complete all tasks and documentation associated with selling product

    Effectively communicate, develop, and maintain client relationships

    Communicate and assist new clients respectfully and accurately

    Assisting clients and co-workers with product knowledge and procedures

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma/GED

    Problem Solving and Time Management

    Respect and Patience with clients and coworkers

    Excellent Customer service in-person and over the phone

    Organization Skills
