Job Summary
We are seeking an Installer/Operations Lead to build our installer team on closet systems, garage cabinets, and garage floor coatings and work with management team to ensure efficient and excellent installations. This position will require a positive attitude, someone who is presentable to clients, and who will work well with the teams. Our management team leads by example with integrity, hard work, and honest, reasonable communication with both our clients and team members. We need a full-time Installation Expert with a background in cabinetry and carpentry preferred, and strong organizational skills for inventory management and job planning. We will provide ongoing training along the way.

Duties & Responsibilities
Help process incoming orders, inspect and inventory upon delivery.
Help plan upcoming installs and what materials will be needed. Responsible for assembling job trays and parts bins prior to installation.
Check inventory to ensure that all materials have been shipped and will arrive prior to install date.
As a team leader, you will manage installation to provide the highest quality work to our customers who are excited to see the transformation of their spaces.
Work diligently with a sense of urgency to ensure job quality is exceptional and timely in all installations.
Help keep track of expendable supplies and consumables (screws, Slatwall, and trim) and order through the office as needed.
Talk through plans with the designer and installers prior to install, and with client upon arrival at install.
Clean and touch-up every closet/garage system prior to leaving the customer’s home.
Ensure trucks undergo PMCS (Preventive Maintenance Checks and Service) every morning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and vehicles.
Complies with and follows all safety regulations.
Act as an ambassador in the field for our brand to clients and potential leads. You are our front line!
Qualifications
Must have hands-on experience with power tools
Interior trim - carpentry experience is required
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and blueprints.
Ability to work as a team member and problem solve
Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)
Reliable transportation, valid DL with clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening are a requirement
Able to lift over 50 pounds
Forklift operator experience (Preferred)
Experience driving box truck/pulling a trailer
Non-smoking (Preferred)

32-40 hours per week, M-F with ability to work weekends and overtime if necessary.
