    Job Summary

    We are seeking a full-time operations expert with a background in warehouse management and logistics. We are seeking an Operations Manager to work with our Lead Installer and Management team on to ensure the efficient and excellent installation of closet systems, and garage cabinets. As the Operations Manager you will focus on the warehouse and trucks taking a broad view and looking for issues and improvements opportunities. Maintaining a safe environment. This position will require a positive attitude, someone who is presentable to clients, and who will work well with the teams. Our management team leads by example with integrity, hard work, and honest, reasonable communication with both our clients and team members. We will provide ongoing training along the way.

    Responsibilities

    Process incoming orders and inspect, inventory upon delivery.

    Plan upcoming installs and what materials will be needed. Responsible for assembling job trays and parts bins prior to installation.

    Check inventory to ensure that all materials have been shipped and will arrive prior to install date.

    Maintain system for inventory controls

    Keep track of expendable supplies and consumables (screws, Slatwall, and trim) and order through the office as needed.

    Talk through plans with the designer and lead installer prior to install. Work with Lead Installer to schedule jobs and dispatch crews.

    Provide support to crews on job sites for trouble-shooting and problem-solving.

    Ensure trucks undergo PMCS (Preventive Maintenance Checks and Service) every morning.

    Communicate with vendors regarding orders and receipt of shipments

    Look for efficiencies, ways to improve our service and increase profitability

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop environment

    Qualifications

    Must have hands-on experience with power tools

    Operations experience is required

    Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)

    Reliable transportation, valid DL with clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening are a requirement

    Able to lift over 50 pounds

    Forklift operator experience (Preferred)

    Experience driving box truck/pulling a trailer

    Non-smoking (Preferred)
