    Job Summary

    We are in need of a well-organized Office Manager to join our team in a nationally recognized and locally owned business.

    We are looking for a well-organized candidate that preferably has some background in administrative and bookkeeping work, however, for the right candidate, we are willing to train.

    Responsibilities

    The individual will be responsible for:

    PUTTING TOGETHER OPERATIONs MANUALS

    Maintaining accurate day-to-day accounting transactions in QuickBooks

    Maintain system for inventory controls

    Coordinating management of timesheets and expense reports

    Communicating well to hold others accountable for the deliverable needed to do the job well and keep books up-to-date

    Maintain Customer Relationship Management tool

    Data Entry

    Qualifications

    Minimum 3 years experience working with QuickBooks

    Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, reconciliation and

    inventory

    Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    Demonstrated related experience (CRM)

    High levels of confidentiality and integrity

    Ability to take initiative and show independent judgment

    Attention to detail

    Ability to prioritize, and effectively communicate with others

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Self-directed and can work when no one is present

    Create operational guidelines
