    Job Summary

    As an Installer for The Tailored Closet & Premier Garage of Northwest Arkansas, you will be part of a team with responsibilities for the timely and mistake-free installation of the closet, garage, and office organization product installation and cabinetry in clients' homes and with small commercial clients. The ideal candidate has at least one year of cabinetry installation experience or working with woodworking tools, preferably in a related industry, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. Willing to train the "Right " candidate with a Can Do Attitude. Candidates should love what they do and be prepared with a positive attitude. Physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of this job are a requirement, as the material can be strenuous.

    Responsibilities

    Conducts in-home and garage installation of cabinetry and applies epoxy garage floors.

    Conducts in-home installation and repairs, as needed in small commercial jobs

    Provides friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction

    Completes and submits installation paperwork daily

    Maintains warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion

    Maintains company vehicle and trailer, including washing, restocking supplies, etc.

    Complies with and follows all safety regulations

    Follows directions and is able to read and interpret simple build plans as required.

    Qualifications

    General construction knowledge - tools provided.

    Valid Driver's License

    Clean driving record

    Able to lift over 50 pounds

    Willingness to Learn
