Job Description
Positions We Are Seeking To Fill:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
(Conducted via Zoom and/or telephone)
o Help facilitate and explain benefits to members
o Determine eligibility for new members
o Help and assist with application process
o Open new member accounts
o Conduct product and service reports by collecting and analyzing client information No experience is necessary as we provide simple but effective TRAINING - Familiarity with Zoom is a plus!
TEAM MANAGER
(Conducted via Zoom and/or telephone)
o Responsible for creating individual and group goals
o Delegate responsibilities to team
o Maintain team by selecting, orienting, and training
o Provide oversight and direction
o Able and ready to perform any and all Sales Rep duties
Experience in our Sales Representative role is mandatory for our Team Manager position. For those with previous management experience we do offer a fast-track to management program! Familiarity with Zoom is a plus!
BRIEF COMPANY OVERVIEW
We specialize in handling permanent benefits for Unions and Associations in the greater Las Vegas area. The majority of our members are from our local teachers, firefighters, law enforcement, nurses, and other union based organizations.
