SEEKING: BENEFITS REPRESENTATIVE

Our company is currently seeking to fill a BENEFITS REPRESENTATIVE position. We specialize in handling permanent benefits for Unions and Associations in the state of California. The majority of our members are from our local teachers, firefighters, law enforcement, nurses, and other union based organizations. Our BENEFITS REPRESENTATIVES are the face of our company and direct contact line for our members.

BENEFITS REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(Conducted via Telephone or Zoom Meeting)

• Assist members with the enrollment process
• Develop written materials to explain tailored benefits program to members
• Answer member questions / Distribute informative materials
• Process any member requests to their Union/Association
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with Zoom
• Customer Service, Sales, Management or Human Resources is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• • Training Program provided regardless of past experience
